We want to create a new paradigm where UAS companies can focus only on the application and use case of their custom made UAS products, while we take care of engineering, development, certification and production aspects. We want to eliminate the complexity and drastically reduce the cost of safe, high quality, certified mass market UAS products. We want to redefine how the commercial UAS industry works and accelerate its growth.
What we offer
From conceptual design to serial production, we offer to transform your vision of an advanced UAS into reality. The end result is a custom designed helicopter or fixed wing Vertical Takeoff Or Landing (VTOL) system with reduced development costs by up to an order of magnitude. The sky is the limit.
We developed an extremely fast end efficient custom UAS development process. The process is based on three key building blocks:
Advanced Simulation EnvironmentThe Airnamics Simulation Environment (ASE) enables us to quickly and efficiently test multiple concepts and optimise the selected solution to an advanced state based on virtual simulation alone.
High performance control and power electronics suite For the real world flight testing and optimisation stage, our Airnamics Electronics Suite (AES) is directly integrated with the ASE simulation environment. This enables us to test the control algorithms and flight management system from the simulation environment directly on the onboard UAS computers and system components. The speed and quality of the development process is unparalleled.
In-house engineering of all system aspects The last key building block is in-house engineering of almost all system components. This enables us to deeply integrate individual system components, which results in increased performance and safety levels and decreased UAS production cost. A nice side effect of in-house engineering is complete system control, which is crucial for the certification process and the development of the safety case.
Our UAS development process is divided into 6 stages. Every stage enables us to achieve the required level of safety, performance and compliance with the certification specification. This approach ensures the fulfilment of not only all customer but also legal requirements for safe integration of the UAS into the airspace.Read more
